Salem Pond

Right next to Payson is a small city caled Salem and there is a beautiful pond where kids can play and feed the duckies, and people can also barbecue there if they want. We discovered that place recently and I love going there. Here is Aren posing on the slide sets; she started posing a few weeks ago - before she would just stare or run away. LOLYou can see the pond in the back ground; it is pretty cool. Today we were the only ones there and it was peaceful although Aren loves the company of other kids.
Aren also became less brave; before I was afraid that she would jump off from high places or run in the water, but now she is more afraid of things than she used to be.
We had 3 pices of bread and we were feeding the duckies with them, but there were way too many o them and then they started to follow us and many more came and we just had to go because I was afraid that we might be attacked. LOL After we were out of bread, Aren started throwing sand at the duckies and they thought that it was food. She was so funny and so in love with these creatures.
After we got home from the pond Aren was asking for apples. I told her we did not have any left so somehow she managed to get a hold of this big tomato that she calls an apple; everything that is red is an apple to her. LOL It was a delicious tomatoes; the one that doesn't fall apart when you cut it. At the meantime I was making french fries and eggs and I decided to make a tomato pepper salad so she can eat some more at the table. I bought her a new high chair; the one that attaches to a normal chair and she loves it so much.

After we ate I undressed her for obvious reasons and then as I was cleaning up she brought me her potty; as you can see there is only a drop of pee in it, but she was so proud of herself. During the day she brings me her potty often and sometimes she has more and sometimes she has less. well, can you see the enjoyment on her face? She thinks she is potty trained, but don't let her fool you; she only pees in the potty and she thinks that my closet or any other corner is better for the bigger job. LOL

After she shows off her talent, she takes it to the restroom and dumps it in the toilet; with my help of course, otherwise it would end up on her clothes.LOL The we say 'bye bye pee pee' and flush the toilet. If she remembers she asks for a candy, if she doesn't she goes on her way happy and fulfilled. :D
